Mrhemi that would be great if you could upload that the older pre low nox flash files are hard to come by.

These are 2000 flash files not 2002.
Hopefully someone will find them useful.

I need to upgrade HP to 500 or more. Does anybody know what flashfiles I need? The newest one i think is 1869901 - which is low nox(that I don't want) with a high IC.
How does one know what files can be used with one serial number and what the HP settings are? Using ET this serial number comes up with 1869901, 1708156, and 1572953. The newest one is 1869901. Are all these going to be the same HP. Can a person use a different flash file than these?

If you give me the engine serial number I can tell you what the flash file history is on it. (Original flash file for that engine when made plus all of the updated flash files created for it) M

My source isn't ET. It's actually through Caterpillar.

Here is the flash file number history for that ESN: (Recent to oldest)

1869901 (most recent)
1708156
1572953
1469196
1437520
1344709
1297749 (first flash file)

Do you know if any of these flash files are more than 435 hp? If none of these are more than 435 hp, can I use a different 6TS flash file that has more hp? Like a 475 or 500hp 6TS flash file

Those are all going to be the rating that came out of the factory. If it started life as a 435 I don't think it can be uprated past 450 without changing internals.
