Megane 2 1.5 dci engine cuts off

I have here at my workshop megane 2 1.5 dci with this problem engine cuts off when clutch depressed . When rpm go to idle , more many times in cold . But sometimes when hot . have done several tests and changed some sensors … crackshaft sensor, fuel pressure regulator , fuel pressure sensor etc…. I spoke to a colleague who works in diesel pumps and injectors. He told me that the ecu needs to be updated / reprogrammed .. its common problem on first 2 generation megane 1.5 dci he said. Anyone know something about this ? is it possible to solve this with a remap ? Or only update with can clip?
