    Hi

Are you sure when you were changing Battery have you NOT Dropped the im*obilisers Chip from the Key.

Just make sure if the im*obilisers Transponder Chip is there in the Key.

I do repairing, servicing remote key fobs for a few years successfully, but had the same problem before year ago on one peugeot 206, I think '02/'03. After PCB was cleaned, dryed, putted in new battery remote was tested with tester, worked ok, but synchronisation failed. Tried every "clever" advice but nothing. Applied reseting remote and the car by disconnecting battery 3 min., nothing. Added once again existing two keys with SBB, no faults, engine start ok, remote don't work.
    Never solved this problem!
