    Lavman,
Your ECU is a newer model. It is the same ECU Peugeot 307 models 2006 and up have it is a IAW 6LPB.

Mr. Mac Gyver and all DK Members,
Thanks for your help on this matters. I have managed to read the ST10 from a Peugeot 307 IAW 6LPB using ST Flasher tool.
Yet, I would like to ask a bit more help from you or any DK member.
I need immo off this ECU. If that is not possible then virgin ECU dump to telecode with PP2000.
I am attaching the file downloaded in HEX and BIN format for anyone who can help me.
Thanks again for your help and knowledge.

    Dear Milanooffracing,
I tried to convert the file you kindly sent to me to HEX file and I noticed there is a big difference in size compared to the original one.
    Virgin.hex is 1.309 kb
    Original file is 1.441 kb

Can someone please help me on how to proceed? Do I fill in just with FF. What banks should be replaced?
I am using ST10 flasher with K line to read and program this ECU.

    Thanks.

    magnacin,

the difference in size of the files is as follows:
the last bank of flash memory is not in virgin.hex,
bankt 15 if I remember correctly, it is empty on this type of ECU,
then there is no need to read and write to that bank.
