I have done this

It will not read using 5V supply from the programmer, need to apply Power on socket, Dash will turn on. and when you operate the programmer the dash will goes OFF

It's still not effective. I've tried connecting the power and it doesn't work. Or if it's possible, can you give me step-by-step instructions?

And when I connect the power, the speedometer turns on, but when I connect it, the speedometer turns off.

The Dash will not Off until you press the read button on the programmer, I think you have a problem in your connection, Check P8/FLMD0 connection.

The dash will off when you press Read or Write button, after the operation was finish, the dash will back to ON state
