Please try to replace the Sensor Intake Manifold Pressure, locate back of the Intake manifold.

Dear friend,I have two ECUs CM570.They were on ISX engines and I recalibrated the both for ISM engines.The both have DTC 323,fault for 5th injectors,but in insite on cut out test all inejctors work,but fault is active.ECUs did not have problems and faults on ISX engines.Communication lines work fine.Please help.Thanks in advance.

ISX don`t have connection on the 03-04 pins(inj5 on the ISM). ISX 03 pin- priming pump return no diagnostic code. May be internal defect ECM control injector 5.

Hello friends, I have ECM Cummins ISX P/N 3408501, Water entered the ECM and the engine will not start and communication with INSITE is flawed, to revise find myself alone on the big green 12v capacitors, I know it must have 130v in these capacitors, any suggestions please .... code 111 is a hardware failure, most times you cannot get it to work again unless you understand how to repair ecm.

Hello, I have a cummins CM570 ECM just as the one Jhon Silva had, the same problem, water inside. and truck doesnt start anymore. Cant get high voltage on green capacitor, and cannot communicate with insite. no visual damage to components, Any ideas on how to repair? thanks!

ive seen engine brake wire harness short out before the jake and cause issues with ambient air and crank sensor which takes out capacitator inside ecm. also a bad batery connection will cause issues too.
