Hello, which Programmer you guys using for Xicor x28c64-jm-20
I have N14 Cellect Plus with faulty code 111. We reprogram the ECM with a Insite 8.7 and faulty code gone for a 10 days and today is back.
I was reading that need to change the Xicor x28c64-jm-20 but after changing the ECM wont program with Insite and i believe that the IC must program before solder.
PLS any help will be appreciate
    Thank you !

    ID from Calterm:
    Device Address 0x00
    Product ID: ABC,BDC
    Part Number:5317110
    Serial Number:5203034
    ECM ID:G2
I only have an ECU with only one sticker on it , is it possible to somehow find out what is to be uploaded there ??? maybe someone has such a file for calterm???
I can only upload it on the bench or JTAG(Trasdata)
    Attachment 892008Attachment 892009Attachment 892010
What you can do for cummins you just need a part number and Engine Serial number and you can see which Software calibration you need to install.
    Please provide a Engine SN.
I have seen ECM that are calibrate with a wrong Software because people some time buy and install without programming.

What could cause this fault inside ecm?

This thread needs reviving. After years of working on these knowledge sharing is not a bad thing. Will not spoon feed anyone but will nudge you in the right direction. Best way to learn is by experimentation.

Hello donniemnemonic, sorry for the late answer but i see the thread is almost dead and no one repair or share any more information. I didnt expect to answer me.
Also im not sure how to make the forum notification on treads the someone answer me.
Yes i did fix that ECM I contact with some of the members on direct message unfortunately no one had exact what im looking but i got a luck and i got the same part number ECM for repair and i was able to take the Bin flash files from it and fix the my other unit . I would say will be very good if we make a closed good community for ECM repair. I do repair phone and the community is very very powerful out there even FB pages and Wiki. If you want to contact faster with me just use PM-personal message
