Only AMG vehicles can have Vmax = 300 km/h with developer mode.
Anything else needs a special file generated by AMG/Mercedes sent to your authorized dealership for version coding. And that dealership has to be a dealership, not a mom and pop shop. MB/AMG will not send it to just anyone.
Nope. Should work. Try an older version perhaps. I'm working on cars with 10/2008 b/c it has many useful features on it that newer versions don't have anymore. And yes i did code AMG vehicles to 300 km/h before.
Possible, since I don't have the problem.
Hi there! Not agree, coz 300 km /h limit is only avaliable at the S-class CL-class and M 164 only if all these cars are natural AMG born )). 211, 209 cars haven't 300 km/ h in the developer menu. Also w220 with 275 biturbo 6.5 l motors haven't above string (300 km/h) BR

Every day, every hour I like. Still alive.
B/S! I wouldn't tell him that if I haven't done so. I coded several E55 AMG here in the US as well as on trips to Europe before (RoW cars) to 300 km/h with my 10/2008 Developer-Kit SDS. Check your facts before you post this crap. All NONE-AMG vehicles cannot be coded to 300 km/h (at least with DAS/Xentry). There comes this data file in place which becomes generated by AMG for AMG and NONE-AMG vehicles alike which contains some sort of firmware which opens the governor to 300/320 and 350 km/h. And cars that supposedly go even faster have it set to a speed that is much higher than the car can go due to roll/surface/wind resistance (<400 km/h).
