is delphi the same software only the name diffrent

so autocom and delphi having 100% the same functions ?
sorry for stupid question but i need to be sure before trying to install whats the best thing with other peoples that are using it,i have used only 2011.3.5 autocom for now.
If i install delphi 2012.3 will it work for trucks or only for cars?
If yes where does anybody haves hw key for trucks?

I could put two S/N's in 2011.3, I think maximum of five. But in 2012.3 not accepted, the second S/N removes the existing one. Is this because of the patch?
