If the one you have came with the program on it. It might be SIS customer version. Some of the Media Option will not be available. Install the Newer version and have it set by you to full access in All Products and Media available in the Disc.
Or you can make different User ID using the given Dealer Account here and have it set to CAT Authorized Dealer and select all available product and media. This way, you can unlocked some of the hidden GEMS in SIS Software.

Thanks for that I did try again to log in with that dealer account but I keep getting invalid password.The 2008a install and data I used is the one from on here the jan 09 discs we already had.regards col

Thanks Wristpin, Stryker and RS I still had no luck with importing usernames on 2 different laptop hard drives so I tried on my Desktop and worked no probs so tried again many many times on laptops using same procedure and still no joy.Finally figured the only difference between DT and LT,s was DT is running Mozilla and LT,s int explorer so downloaded mzoilla on both nad reloaded sis and et and it works.Tried without uninstalling sis and et but had too,dont know why.Many Thanks to you for all your help.col

Thanks for all the help.I am not quite there yet I think I must be missing 2008 data or something,it asks for disc after typing equip serial but when you put in disc it cant find anything you search for.I reckon I had data downloaded but i may have discarded somewhere during process.co
