Kizska with your file I get this info on bench..I think car will start but " Engine start permission" dont shows any info,,,Allowed or not allowed This makes me doubt
I will send ecu back and see what is going to happen,

Hi Kizska,
customer called me, car dont start, dtc P1600 is still there. and he didnt cut any wire of disconnect key coil
I said to him check fuel pump and spark plugs to see if there are free or blocked.
I changed immo bits at different places in dump ( 25 to DA ) but dtc U1600 is always there , cant removed. I think DTC are stored in eprom.
I read eprom with me7 eprom programmer ( KKL vag cable ) as 95040 and 95080 , if I compare content of dump with other me73h4 ecu's my dump is strange ( other sructure)..see attachment

Read EEPROM in bootmode: $ ME7EEPROM_1.4.exe --bootmode 95080 -r -p2 --CSpin P4.7 dump.bin
Write EEPROM in bootmode: $ ME7EEPROM_1.4.exe --bootmode 95080 -w -p2 --CSpin P4.7 FF_95080.bin

this command are OK ??

car punto 1.2 16v auto transmission yr2002
problem : crank but wont start, communication with ECU not possible ( via OBD , on bench no problem), key (immo light ) is on

I think ECU does not get Ground signal , when I measure it I get +12 volt at the case of ECU ( Me73h4 ) , also ignition ON or OFF it is same
disconnected each fuse and relais one for one but 12v is still there,,also disconnected fusebox in engine compartament + bodycomputer..
what do immoboliser when BSI get wrong code ?? block fuel pump and spark ??? or block Ground of ECU ( via relais ) ?
