I have DVD Setup RERR0010-60 October 2009 and disc ,
but if I wont instal SIS I have a message :Unable to locate SIS DATA . The DATA SETUP must by installed befor sis will start

wen I tray to open SIS DATA from DVD SETUP i have a message :

The data being installed is not supported by the software that is currently installed .Please update your SIS software before installing your library .


What can I do , instal another sis ( I have 2010A )???

The rerr disk is for SIS 2009b, install that and try. It can be found here on DK do a search.

I just uninstalled SIS2009B, and did a fresh installation of 2010A. But I cant get it to run now. I get this error message: "Could not authenticate SIS license. Please contact the SIS administrator.".......... then SIS shuts down.

Is it possible that the old 2009B license is still hiding in the registry? How can I fix?????

Did you input a new key for 2010a and was it made with the correct kg? And try to clean your registry.

You are right RS. But I dont know how to properly clean the registry. Below is link to Wristpin's fix. It worked for me. I hope this helps other DKs who have the same problem.

I have 2010A running on Win XP and Win7 PCs. Win XP problem started after I uninstalled 2009B and installed 2010A. Your post fixed my problem.

2010A runs well on Win 7. But 2009B was never previously installed or deleted on my Win 7 PC.
