Hi,
Power up DiCE first with the OBDII connector and then connect DiCE to a PC via USB. Windows will automatically install the DiCE unit ?Driver? when the USB cable is connected to the USB port.

I have installed VIDA DICE again, but same problem.

Windows found the new hardware, but when I try to install automatically to found driver, Windows will not found it.

Please, I need the Driver of Volvo VIDA DICE.

Control Panel\Programs and Features
Is DiCE and DiCE USB Driver installed?
If not installed, install from DVD and select ?VIDA Customized? on setup page.
If they are installed try Repair.
You sure have a lot of problems with this?

What is DiCE?
DiCE is a hardware interface between your PC and the in-vehicle network.


What is this?
This is the software required for your PC to communicate with the DiCE hardware.
The DiCE software installs the following components:

System requirements

How to install
To install the DiCE software the ***8220;Install_DiCE.bat***8221; script must be executed within a command shell.
NOTE: The installation must run as administrator.

Windows Vista

What system ?
Sweden , the problem might not be YOUR dice , It could be you..

Please post AS much info , So help can supply the correct answer ..

I just got got the VSTG -PIEX for 2011/06 .
I'll see if i can get it posted / uploaded

Someone pm me and had problems with dice clone after installing 2010D. They reinstalled 2010A that came with the clone and dice started working? Maybe the disk that comes with the clone is different? I thought driver from 2010A would be worth a try. I don?t own a clone and have no personal experience with this.

Has anybody reloaded car's software with clone Dice? Planning to buy a subscription and reload/update some software. Would like to know it the clone is allowed/able to to that.
