    about to try this myself had a box for ages now and ifa doing nothing apart from try and copy same file over and over again

    What files are you trying to copy to your box? If you give me a bit more info i can help you sort your problem out.

    well the box had klien something on it, trying to reflash it if tried ifa lots of images but nothign, got 1 image on it using ifa and now showing the 5 blocks and then the betaresearch screen its a nokia dbox

    I just used the hyperterminal method all went well everything said done plugged it in and its now the same showing 5 blocks going to the beta research bit and resetting.

    The image i tried was lakys sylas 2x the flash went ok

    Any ideas or is this a brick

    Default You may have used the wrong image 1x or 2x

    you may be using the wrong image 1x or 2x it will hang like that if you have flashed a wrong image. Is your box a 1chip or 2 chip if you flash a 1chip with a 2x flash it will hang.

    opened the box and double checked its def 2 chip has two intel chips inside

    i give up tried another 4 images box still the same i can flash the images but it refusing to boot. i think something might be up with the bootloader

    know this is the stupidest thing, but I cant type the commands into my hyperterminal window...what am I doing wrong?
    Also I get this message which doesnt tie in with the above screenshots

    all went well until last bit

    Wait untill it says Done.
    10 mins went by with just cursor flashing

    Do I need to be in debug mode?

    had another go, been saying "copy toflash" for about 10 minutes now, is this normal?

    finally said done, but did not seem to work.

    LCD lights up, with some code on front, but does not boot up and I cant try again now as it does not seem to switch on and off from button

    But now the box only shows free to air channels, Ive scanned a couple of times, but still the same.

    What do I need to do?

    Default sagem dbox2 not booting

    Hi I just got a dbox2 from a friend which won't boot. I need to download u-boot ASAP. Have null modem cable. Can anybody help?
