Lexia and PP2000 update without internet

when I start it, it start to instal update and stop's

Wen you started was the program pp2000 version number 22 or was it v21

as it was 21, you must first install version 22.14

I tried to update 346.56 (or .58, I don't remember) to 346.68 but it doesn't work.

The installation of .68 works fine, but when lexia starts it doesn't say that is currently installing the update, nor it reports 345.68 as a version number. It still says 346.56...

Any help?

Yes. On the default path (C:\APPLIC)

The strange is that all the previous updates worked perfect. It's just this update that doesn't 'really' update lexia to 346.68....
