Go to VW dealer and make coding via VAS online.
Not possible with VCDS.

It is possiblle I think but it is not so easy and best way is by dealer

Only possible if you know the original coding. So if you have a log from the car your are lucky otherwise go to the dealer.
This is a known issue. VAS Tester will go online and check the correct coding in factory database.

Just ask Ross-Tech and you will get the same answer.

Will not help. Had the same issue on Touran and Scirocco. Tried 30 different codings. Even with same SW/HW Partno.
Not working. Only solution was via VAS. Ross-Tech also suggested to go to dealer.
So don't waste time.
