    1. Heat oil
    2. Add onions & saut?
    3. Add spices, stir well
    4. Add water & pease pudding ? stir well until pease pudding has combined with water
    5. Add chicken & mix well, bring to the boil
    6. Add ? creamed coconut
    7. Simmer for 20 mins
    8. Add remaining creamed coconut
    9. Simmer until creamed coconut dissolves then mix well
    Serve with spaghetti, lemon juice & crushed chillies.

    Is it easy to chop a chopped onion or should I get an e-z dicer? Thanks.
