    Post AllData 10.20 Documentaion

With all due respect to Digital Kaos, as whole, including the site, the Garage Forum, admins, users, posters & up-loaders... I am hoping that over time, we can re-establish the forum, but it will take time and teamwork.

SHARING is what' it's all about!
NOT just taking & running, or taking & selling!
(People helping people, not just themselves)

    You in? I hope so!

I have a few general files I am going to post. They are included in the program itself, but many folks haven't even realized these files are there, or for some reason can't locate them.

These files I am referring to are more for convenience than anything. I have seen several people ask for them off & on, over the last few months- so I thought I would post them... So if needed, they are here now.

I have many other files and resources but am not going to repost them at random, due to the current garage forum issue. In the mean time, my following two posts will be general files and hopefully useful to some of you.

    All the Best!

    Default AllData Reference Card

The attached .pdf file is the Reference Card for AllData 10.20, telling you what content is on each Domestic Disc and on each Import Disc.

Hope some of you may find this useful. It can be found in the program it self, in the DOCUMENTS folder, but some folks can't find it and some folks actually don't have that folder for some strange reason.

    Any way, here it is!

    Default AllData 10.20 User Guide

The attached .pdf file is the User Guide for AllData 10.20, giving you the basics on how to use the program.

It's not a huge help file or manual- Just 8 pages of general basics.

Hope some of you may find this useful. It can be found in the program it self, in the DOCUMENTS folder, but some folks can't find it and some folks actually don't have that folder for some strange reason.

    Any way, here it is!

    hacket,

Yes, AllData does have a French version, but getting the crack/patch for it may be a challenge... If you want some general info on the the version itself, here is the link to AllData's Canadian/French site:

    brimmstone,

    * Download and install (if you don't already have it) WINRAR to your desktop.

    * Create a New Folder on your desktop and name it, for example, ALLDATARAR

    * Right click on the drive folder where your Alldata CD-Rom is at and select explore... Highlight/select all the files, select COPY, then go to desktop and paste all of those files into your new folder you just created. (ALLDATARAR)

    * Then right click the new folder on your desktop that you named ALLDATARAR and select "add to archive". Winrar will then create a packaged file that you can then upload to a site where folks can download it.

iF YOU NEED FURHTER HELP WITH STEPS AND/OR INSTRUCTIONS, PLEASE DON'T BE SHY TO ASK. IT'S QUITE A SIMPLE PROCESS.

    Regards!

How would I do it with ISOs? I have all the discs saved on my backup drive as ISOs.

To do it with ISO use software called DAEMON TOOLS, with this you can mount dvds to virtual drive as needed.

    Thanks kev
