thanks lot guys just please i need some more info ,i have now 2 eprom dumps 1 is repaired and 1 is clear from Mac Gyver and from Altera i see that is the flash dump from 27c512 , give me tip please what to do now which one to writte ,on 27c512 it will be a problem ,can it work with eprom only

Try use immo emulator ! I was the same problem few Days ago !
And I solved it only using imme emu for this ECU

if you don't understan about system immobilizer. I think you action input code or action in system immobiliser. It can entrain risk for ECU engine.
