The CM570 ECM only supports speed control by J1939 ( by a J1939 TSC1 message). It has no input for analog speed control for synchronizing (Woodward/Barber Coleman).

    Your two options are
    1
Change ECM and Wiring harness on the engine to the GCS type, the GCS ECM accepts Woodward and Barber Coleman analog inputs. This option would be very expensive

    2
Change the controller to a Deep Sea or Comap controller that supports J1939

Thanks m8 for the files. Do you have any ECFG files for that engine. Specifically 3408501.ecfg?

Thanks for the response m8, the files I am looking for are the configuration files for the ECM, not the wiring drawings...

So if you have any of the ECFG extension or E2M extension files, I would be much obliged ...

Do you have the e2m files and ecfg files I posted in the calterm thread, about post number 17. There are e2m files for ISM/ISX cm570 calibrations.

    jtech,

Yes Thanks... and thanks again for posting them for all to share.

I will be using them to download the latest settings on 6 gen sets in italy in the am....

is the calibration from these new units of any interest here in the DK?

    These are QSX-15 engines...

Let me know and I would be more than happy to share..

QSX CM570 genset calibrations are on the InCal disks, you do not need Calterm to do this, Insite will also copy genset settings from one ECM to the rest.
