Participation in this thread is optional of course, and no one is forced to do so.

But i want say one thing, don't blame anyone but yourself if one day your business is destroyed because of the shared solutions.

Meaning, don't blame the others although you are the ones who destroyed your business

    Thanks and regards

You are right, but what do you think keeps YOUR business alive? I'm sorry if i'm wrong, but i think that you wouldn't even have your business at all and I think OUR OWN business is based on sharing...

As you know many others also want to know, I can guarantee that you never learned anything alone without anyone you've taught at least the basics.

Each one is free to do what you want but I guarantee that if everyone is like you the world will become very jealous and greedy people.

I see where you?re coming from "ECU Commander Studio"

If I could learn and share behind closed doors I would!!

BUT even though I'm as keen and proactive in my desire to learn I'm unable to get contacts or be allowed into the locked forums, so It only leaves me with an open forum solution !!

It?s all about effort, getting involved taking part in finding solutions not just hunting the silver bullets I agree

Many points need to be cleared....

I have started this business long time ago, even before many immo forums become available. At that time, information was not easy to get, and in 99% was not free.

People working on Immo and airbags since the Year 2000 understand clearly what i mean, and they also understand very clearly how hard it was to get information. If i remember well, the database of immo files shared now on the internet previously sold for 4000 Euro. Many of us bought this database, and many of us felt so sad when we saw it shared for free.

For myself, i had to spend months to learn, also i traveled abroad to get training, i'm say that gladly, because i have learnt and get my knoweldge from real experts, who are not wasting their time on internet and forums.

Let's look on the other side, this software is nothing but a methid to organise the files on the PC, It's not anything but that. And for your information, many of my friends from DK, unpacked the software and they can redesignm, and use it under any other name. They do this for joy. So, if they are amatures and could do that, then others can gather all the information here and re develop the software with security then resell it. IT's not also my point, i'm not talking about leechers and resellers.

As you said you don't mind help and get help behind closed doors, so if you or anyone else can do that, why don't you do this?

Many Exper forums are closed and they are not accepting new members, i'm happy that i'm among those forums, because they are really good place to learn and get helped.

Let me ask all of you one question and try to be honest, If you started this buiness late 1998, and you had to pay more than 10.000 Euro to start, by getting original tools and software (Previously Protected, now cracked and for free), would your opinion still the same?

This is my point of view regarding this database filling software, you may agree, you may disagree, but on top of all, we keep the respect for each other

    Thanks and regards

    I?m no different commander..

I purchased my first scan tool in 1994 shortly followed by scopes, break out box's etc, the simple fact is this business has moved at such a speed due to technology some of us (Me also ) have become a little bitter with what we see as a rough deal!!

I was well ahead of the game in my location, I have spent in excess of "1000K Pounds sterling since" Now every tom Dick and Harry, trade and retail think they are specialists, fixing all the simple stuff with the magic box that tells them what to do.... Leaving guys like me with the tough to fix faults!

I'm a go and get type of guy. The way I see it is if the closed forums don't see me as fit for purpose I will find another way, So I'm a supporter of DK because its an option to build and search for solutions in the ever changing career i choose over 25 years ago.

Lets not forget, anyone can read the information here, but that does not mean they will have the tenacity to learn how to apply the thought process to the reality of doing this stuff.

I?m saying no more on this subject, rant over, I think this sticky should be left for its purpose of place

    Darwin?s.
