wintrac 5.0 complete install no registration required (you might want to install wintrac 4.0 first then don't register and install 5.0 then 5.31 that way you can Flash load)

after you've installed this or if you've got Wintrac 4.8 or higher install this 5.3.1 upgrade

then right click on the Launch icon, properties, change user level to 16 and apply. this will enable full access.
launch program, press SHIFT CTRL and T to get tools menu up.

you can't buy the deutch plug too easily, best to buy the cable from Carrier or RT electronics
