Can anyone help with my new install problem on Windows7?

After installation Citroen Servive Documentation 2010 ( I did in the way from Patrian)I can start it one time. Than never again . It says wrong installation code and windows says bad installation.
If I start SEDRE, nothing happens.

Any idea what's wrong and how to fix it?

I come from Germany.

I have the same problem.Only i have to say that i can`t even uninstall it or over install.I am mad and upset......Please help me.Thanks a lot.

Same problem here mate. Sedre not working. Opens a blank internet page and immediately shuts down. No one got a fix for this?

2008 service box, it is possible to run on a note book with an external DVD player. interfaze you have a service box or just a laptop. I do not get it working, I can not get to the language input.

Does anyone have instructions on how to install on Windows 7 or will it not work? Do I follow Alcohol install the same or must I do something else, like run Virtual Machine and install XP first?

Did you install it using the Alcohol method or direct? I'm still getting to grips with 7. Seems I need to download Virtual PC and XP mode. Any tips?

I've installed it using alcohol 120% and ACID. Following the steps into the turorial. First I've installed it with changing the MAC addresses and now I've uninstalled it and waiting for a code.
