Anyone having issues with sedre citroen or peugeot on windows 7 x64 and other x64 systems...
what solved a lot of not displaying images and constantly displaying a error occurred for me was copying the whole internet explorer folder from program files x86 in the internet explorer folder at program files. I made a backup as a precaution, but nothing dramatic happened, except that sedre is now working flawlessly.

I wanted to share what worked for me.

Nice solution, but my approach is to run SEDRE, docBackUP and diagbox all in a 32bit win xp virtual machine (virtual box) as client on my win7 x64 as host, works like a charm.
