    Thumbs up

there is no gift on tm500 only keys which opens bulsat and a few other channels on other sats or you can google c/s and pay for a sea lion, use technomate control centre to download latest ur image and then use dreambox control centre to ftp latest keys or ftp auto key updater to download latest keys, all of the software and updater is available on this section just have a look through previous posts and you will find them have fun ........BJ1

My Technomate TM500 Super will be delivered in the next few hours so I just want to double check I have understood everything.

I think I am going to try these images:
    Gemini 4.7 13-09-10 for TM-500 Super
    TM-500 S-TM600 UR _update-11-3-11

I connect the box to my router and find the IP address using the router control panel. I connect to that address using IE, which will allow me to add the img file to re-flash the box. Reboot then use the same control panel to edit the config. Another reboot and bingo?

I assume cccam is already installed with the new image.

The setup was very easy, and the box even has a auto downloader/installer for plugins such as cccam/oscam/etc... Just brillient!

Is it possible to add more than one satellite for example, 28.5 & 23? I am using an existing 53cm Sky Mini Dish which is pointing 28.5 E. I get a very low signal from 19E, good signal from 23E up to 32E but when scanning for channels only a few come up, no more than about 3. Any ideas why this might be?

Not picking up enough transponders because the dish is small.

A bigger dish maybe a 80cm would sort that out.

Yes manic but as stated it is possible to pull in close sats such as 26 and 23. ONly really strong transponders though hence the reason he only gets a few channels on the sats. A bigger static dish would pull in more but the obvious answer is to go motorised or multilnb if you wish to get more from your dish.

If I buy a 80cm motorised dish, 28.5 E is perpendicular to my side wall where the dish would go. How far roughly would I be able to swing W and E without hitting the wall?
