If that doesnt work for you the only thing i can suggest is buy a new 1. The faulty dongle has been discused many times on this forum. If you use the search you will find a suplier to get 1 that works.

If it is reading the km. Then it may be working ok. What car are you trying to program. Check and recheck all the connections Originally Posted by maglaras

Check the voltage on your power suply,and resolder the dongle.It may work
