Lexia PP2000 repair

I bought lexia interface, it connecting with 407 2007, but don't communicate with abs block (with other diagnostic abs is communicating)
And not communite at all with old cars, 206 1999 year, 607 2001 year, with diagbox 7, and pp2000 v25.
For what reason, for missing optocouplers or something else?

Why can't connect with oldest cars?
I think for missing 1 optocoupler, 3 from right side?
Pcb have 1 only.

Hi,

Yes HCPL 063N instead of 2x1kohms (102marking code) and a strange strap.
But in your place i replace all 0 ohm and transistors by HCPL0500 and HCPL 063N, as in this image:

Hi, I have lexia with low quality board, on the board miss CAN common mode choke filter TDK, there is no place for it. Can I repair this board to work on van and can cars or is better to buy new one. Here is the picture with missing part.

Hi,

The absence of the common mode choke CAN on the relay card will not prevent your interface from functioning, if it does not work it is faulty.
So either you return it to the seller (Chinese I suppose), or you repair it (or have it repaired).

my lexia is not full chip pcb and work well with can car but no work with k-line somebody can help ??? any sugestion thanks in advance

Can anybody help me to solve the problem ?
I have a full-chip rev. C lexia and works quite ok but does not communicate with hydraulic suspension in Citroen - only :/

Any suggestions ?

Well, during car is connected I hear the "click" from the relay when the suspension calculator is trying to be ask

S O L V E D

In picture 3 is a fuse witch blow

I have a problem with lexia
It wont connect to car
I tested all but when i looking on dash i found that one component missing
It should be a capacitor but i not shure 100%
Did maybe someone know what here go or no???

P.S
Can someone tell me what is this on picture 3

Lexia, at first did not connect with some calculators, through the whole plate, there is no short circuit, now does not detect her computer, does not light the diode. The voltage on the winbond and on the processor is correct but there are no output voltages at the connector on the second board, maybe someone will suggest what might be damaged or if the led should light as the relay board is not connected.
