I have a problem with Lexia, my computer does not recognize interface and green led is on all time. I try on two different computers I made manual scan for hardware changes in device manager but nothing! Interface is china clone. Also did someone have a diagram from Lexia?

    Any solution to repair Lexia?

Hello! My actia interface is faulty. The green light flashes twice and then stay lit to indicate. When you start the program I get the message:

"Unable to initialize vehicle communication menager"

I tried the same program the correct interface and the program starts.Do I need programming 25X080 and PIC16F684 to interface improved?

    Default Actia problem

Reinstalling the software I fixed the problem with starting the program. The program is now successfully runs and communicates with the interface and the green indicator is working but not communicating with the vehicle.I found a fault transistor optocouplers mounted on a place marked on the image. Is it possible to remove the transistors 2N7002 and put optocouplers interface as the original?Do transistors have a better 2N7002 return?

    Hello everyone
I have a cloned China Lexia-3 interface. The cable was working perfectly with Lexia 3.499 (downgrade firmware version 4.2.2). Yesterday I tried to use the cable again, but the software indicates that it is not possible to initialize it (as if does not exist) .

Windows displays the device as having been installed successfully, the led flashes twice and stays fixed.

From PSA Interface Checker, can't I get the version of the firmware (not let me reflash).

    Do I need to reflash PIC16, MB90, and 28W40?
    Change RAM?

I would appreciate a little help.

    Thanks a lot.

It may be that the problem is in SRAM.

The same happened to me that I was working with the interface, and left it right next time when I contacted the connector problem that the green indicator is off and the program does not communicate with the interface.
Opened the weld interface and all the components in it again and then started working and now an indication of continuing his work but there is some problem running the software. I have programmed flash, and the PIC processor, but nothing has changed.I will soon have a new SRAM and I'll try and answer.

    Hello, Dacha.
The green indicator on my interface is switched on (flashes twice when connected via USB). I will wait your results.

    Regards.
