    The program requires a eeprom read. You must solder eeprom.

    Does OSCR work with Windows 7 64?
    For me, It asked me for framework 4.0 that I have already installed on my computer.

    yes it does

    EDIT : you could try reinstalling framework

    I tried it but no results. I have Windows 7 FR 64, may be it doesn't work on FR.
