Meantime

can you explaine me how to run OSCR ..it is not exe file

I have Xp SP3 and installed net framework 4.0 but nothing's happen

It has only 36.1 Kb ..also, I have an older version it is 91.5 kb and it's application. It can run but possible has old algo and can not read, for example, attached dump.

What is problem by your opinion?? I have instaled framework 4.0, I tried to repaire the same but I am still w/o results

Install can NETFramework versions 2, 3 and 4
I'm not sure what could be causing this.
For me, everything works.

Works perfectly for me!
I use windows 7 to 32 bits!

Try a different computer!
And another operating system!

what I can tell you...it works!!

Finally, I have found what's wrong

It was about IE8

After installing google Chroma and downloading again OSCR file...the same file (after rar decompressed) has .exe extension!! And working, of course

On my computer Xp SP3, at this moment, I have installed only microsoft net framework 4.0 ( no one else) and works everyting perfect!!!
