Seat Toledo 1999 need immo off

Hi mates, I need immo off in a Seat Toledo 1.9 TDI year 1999.
I tryed with Vag K+CAN commander but not communication with ECU.
I have dump of dash eeprom 96c66.
I don?t know what I need to override the immo.
The problem is that the car has failed several times to start and have to make several attempts. Then I prefer to override the immobilizer to avoid problems.
As I read I have to remove the ECU and I think inside is a 24C02 eeprom and I have to change data in it, but I don?t know how to change it.
Can not be overridden the immo in the dash? Always must make it in ECU?

Yes, it?s immo 2 and eeprom os dash is 93c66 and I have the dump.
But how to override the immo?
I had read many posts and I see that everybody make off immo in ECU.
I just made a couple of tests with the K + CAN commander in supported cars with EDC15 ecu and is very easy, just press a button that says "Immo off" but really I don?t know what changes made in data eeprom and I think that only supports 24C04, but not 24C02 that I think is the one with the ECU of this Seat Toledo.

I think you are wrong because when you change an Inmo 2 dashboard you only have to program the keys with the new dashboard and you don?t need to program the new dashboard with the ecu first,like inmo 3 cars

I don?t make immo off never, but it?s the first time I read that vag-com can be immo off.
I only make immo off by K+can commander for test and it works in some ECU?s but not in all.
In that case K+can commander not read the ECU and I can?t make immo off.
I read many posts in this forum and I think need modified 24C02.

Thanks mate, but how I say you by PM I need the car ok before 17:00h.
I found a file at net and reprogram my eeprom with it and car works ok with immo Off.
I don?t understand, because your file and mine are differents.
