what`s the problem with the ecu, need for flashing?

Hi all

I have a problem with xsara hdi 110hp, started couple of weeks ago could take several cranks to start the car hot or cold, up till then allways started first time.
Then non start pluged in lexia 3, some faults showing but not pointing to a non start.
Good fuel pres,cam/crank syn o.k good bat.
Looking at ecu I am getting this whats going on Any help on what to look for

You have a locked ECU, try to set as a : not locked ECU : to set up under ECU configuration. Check under BSI configuration is matched with ECU

ecu unlocked , immo after sales status whats this ?
Key on ecu locked ?
