Vauxhall Zafira B 2005 electrical problem

hi all i am having a problem i cant find a fix, so i am hoping some one could point me it the right direction . i replaced the ecu on the Zafira because the dash was flicking on and off no starting etc. i have the pin for the ecu i had taken the battery off to charge it as when the old ecu was on it would drain the battery after few mins,so i have a full battery pluged the new ecu up connected the battery and nothing on the dash when key is on i have checked all fuse and none of them are blown i pluged the op com up and no i cant even get it to read it its like there is no key in the ignition

You should check if there is 12V on cim connector.
