Measure the battery and check earth cables and charging system. Make sure that you have a healthy battery and after this deal with the fault codes

Charging is one thing and health of the battery is one other. If periodical has been made long time a go, then change the oil filter and check for improvements. If your battery is older then two years then the health of the battery might be in question. Do this things first then take the other steps if needed

The engine does communicate with the can-bus. Otherwise you would not have been able to read these DTC's.
As far as I know U2103 is No communication with Gateway.
So there's another system (the gateway) that doesn't work properly.
Take it to someone with the correct equipment to read ALL ecu's, either dealer or someone with Op-com.

Well, for to understand HOW MUCH "Sensitive" it is this DTC, take a look on the Attachment and follow ALL THOSE 34 Steps Step - By - Step!!!

    Good Luck!
