Bosch KTS can do adaptation without any problem. Need direct connection Can, k-line and power. 5 pins. With k-line possible just read and clear errors. For adaptation need K-line and CAN!. Open PSG5 adaptation in easy tronic, press F2 and wait 900sec. If process stops in 880sec look connection of CAN wires and restart.

Hey,

I found a dealer who sells PSG5 units. They also have a EPS 815 test bench.
Is there a way to reset to virgin status with the EPS 815?
My dealer told me that he isn't able to "delete the immobiliser". "They only test the PSGs". I guess that he doesn't know how to make the reset.
Now I need your help. If a reset is possible with the EPS 815, I need a "step by step how to". That would allow me to explain him the steps.
Is the reset a ford specific thing or does it work with the PSGs of all brands?

hi mates i have repaired PSG5 on ford connect , i connect the BOSCH KTS 520 to PSG5 head unit directly with the connections in images , and this is what i get in pictures.(i also deleted the Error Memory,the DTC's successfully deleted).
So now i need to make the unit VIRGIN to equip it on another car same year , i read and asked many times that the BOSCH KTS can do it , now i need to know this ADAPTATION operation that shows in last image , is it the same thing with make the Head Virgin (IMMO OFF) or not ???

if someone does it before with this method please share informations(HELP)
