here is how to test mechanikly pump on bench:
There are 12 and 24 volt fuel pumps, make sure you have the correct voltage
    B+ pin 7
    B- pin 6
pin 4 is idle select, this is 12 volts via a push button for idle/1500 RPM
pin 5 is 12 volts via a toggle switch for run/stop

Hello zoro1.... How does KTS delete all calibrations in VP44 pump ECU? Is this possible?

    Default ford immo

    hi Poptest.

All KTS 520 + up, have only 4 specific functions for PSG-5:
    IDENTIFICATION
    READ MEMORY ERRORS
    ERASE MEMORY ERRORS
    PUMP ADAPTATION

(Pump adaptation is the function selected to reset immo for all ford psg-5).

    And that?s all.

I know this. I thought you had a way to delete maps in the PSG5.

A map is used up everytime a VP44 pump is calibrated. The number of remaining maps depends on the Bosch program and how many times the pump has been calibrated.

When all maps have been used up, the PSG5 has to be replaced because it will no longer accept a calibration.

I am looking for a way to erase all maps in the PSG5 so that it can be reused.
