DiagBox prolem with version 7.66

After installation version DiagBox 7,66 I have error.
I instal;
7,XX to 7,57 ok
7,57 to 7,58 ok
7,58 to 7,62 ok
7,62 to 7,66 error every times

I have windows XP SP3, Framework 3,5 SP1, Java 7
Laptop Dell D630

Where is smart problem ???

instal on windows 7 32 bit
I've got diagbox latest versiom 7.846 ( 8.46) on seven 32,

I can't instal version 7,66 (every time problem with licence)
I tried instal on Windows 7 32 bit
I change SSD disk
I change laptop from DELL D630 to HP 635
I change installation files from other server
Where problem???

What anti virus you have?

No have antivirus & Firewall OFF
No connection to internet

I have new clean Windows XP or 7
