Its amazing how bad the Mercedes user manual is. I have no clue where to connect the fuse plug from the ZN051 box. Saw some videos but couldn't find the connection for the 2005 R171. Should I use fuse 65 in the SAM module? Don't even know if it has the same fuse layout as w211.

Used the Side fuse box and connected to Fuse #36. Everything seem to go fine but it was taking for ever. At 40 minutes it was barely on 200 attempts out of over 8000...

Videos show to turn ignition with IR key. I couldnt do that with the R171...
Seems like relay box wasn't doing anything as the search was so slow.

Took out EiS and made key with eeprom...

FUSE SHOULD BE CONNECTED TO EZS FUSE IN BOX , THIS WAY IT ALLOWS YOU TO MAKE IGN ON WITH IR KEY

TAKING OUT THE EZS IS THE FASTEST WAY TO DEAL WITH

Fuse 36 is for EZS..than I connected both red cables into relay location on zn051 box.

Good tool, but their speciality is millage correction, just spoke to their dealer in uk!

i heard from a friend in peugeot that they are updating car bsi s to avoid people pull pin from car

...and have you read the update info about bmw, he wrote that bmw online will be possible read ecu thru boot mode, change fem and next abrites delete that info!
