Very positive second half performance the game may have had a different outcome had Sturridge stared with Suarez.

yes we weren't at the races in the first half better in the second i think the subs changed the pattern of the game we looked much better playing 4-4-2, i wonder why vidic didn't say anything to the ref when he scored the winner as he was clearly offside god forbid he was cheating!!

Yea, you would have thought he would have mentioned it to the officials, most players would.

    THE TRUTH
    The Hillsborough Independent Panel. 12/09/12

Today's report is black and white. The Liverpool fans were not the cause of the disaster.
The panel has quite simply found 'no evidence' in support of allegations of 'exceptional levels of drunkenness, ticketlessness or violence among Liverpool fans' and 'no evidence that fans had conspired to arrive late at the stadium' and 'no evidence that they stole from the dead and dying'.

Should av got @ United in the first Half

We give them to much time & space with the ball

we can't give teams like Man U a 2 goal lead & then decide to hav a go.

    impressed with Sturridge tho

An excellent performance today from the lads, thought some of our play was of high caliber.

Sturridge adds a new dimension to our play with opposition teams afraid of his natural pace are now reluctant to play a high line.
For me at ?12 million looks a bargain already and well done Rodgers for taking a punt on this lad.

Henderson now developing into a good player as he knows how to pick a pass and keep the ball moving and is superb in finding space.

Gerrard is now starting to play like he can and looking good.
Downing also today again was fantastic with some great balls into the box and is now finally getting some sort of consistency no doubt due to the excellent coaching skills of Rodgers.

The formation today was very unorthodox and slightly different to the 4-3-3, which also functioned with great fluidity.
If we can play like that every week and find a level of consistency we will be near the top and play most teams of the park.
Great win today and excellent work by Rodgers!

Liverpool is suppose to beat teams like Nowich. They need to take that type of play and apply it to the teams in the top of the table. Until they can beat one is when Liverpool will start to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
