Dear mates,
I meet a serious problem on a P206 1.4 HDI vehicle with EDC16C3 ECU: on the athmospheric pressure reading hole the water enters in the ECU and destroy the ECU (I cleaning the board, but I can't read the ECU via BDM, allways display communication error or power supply drop), I dismantle completly the ECU and found a lot of dirty on the SPI eeprom (95160). I desoldered the eeprom and the memory dump is fully 0! So, I can't clone the defective ECU...
The customer have another ECU, but I don't know what is the best solution to resolve the car.
If enough to remove the IMMO from the ECU dump, please remove it, if not enough please describe the procedure. I have acces only for DEC diadnostic equipment (is veri good in BSI coding for Peugeot, but I can't acces "original" PSA diagnostics).
Thanks in advance!
Best regards,
Feri

Please don't be discouraged, Nothing comes easy in life
The best way is to desolder / remove flash 29BL802CB and 95160 from destroyed ECU and solder it to new ECU.
Plug and play!
Did this several times. 100% working, of course ECU must be same (bosch numbers)
