Is the processor is desoldered? XPROG-m Output-VCC supplies only the CPU? and aslo other components? What happens when the programmable processor is powered from external power supply?

Lift the pins that connect to the programmer. Connect the external power supply (13-15VDC) to XPROG-m.

    1:check other eeprom if working
2 if yes you have a damage eeprom and not xprog
    if no
3 open the unit and check by your hand which component get hot.
4 you will find a yellow capacitor and desolder it
5 check knoe if xprog read the memory
    6 replace the capacitor .
7 NEVER CONNECT THE CLONE XPROG WITH POWER SUPPLY .

Why not? Explain! When the USB output current is too small, it is necessary to connect an external power supply.

Check the eight diodes Zener. Do not have short circuit?
Check the voltage marked on the picture.

Wrongly soldered capacitor hehe Replace it with a new one. The best solution to replace all tantalum capacitors for electrolytic capacitors.

Have you tried several times to read the TMS? You tried to read several TMS?

Do not have to replace all. Replace the most important, marked in the picture.
