    i had same problem and solve it with capacitor change

    Have you changed them all? Same value? Electrolytic or tantalum ones? Could you post a picture?

    i have two xprog i need to programme Motorola MCU MC68HC11E9 4E28B

    i see this vcc pin overloaded

    xprog-m and xprogbox same probleme

    any idea

    Hi to all friends. I have xprog m 5.5.1 . Always was good. But now when i try read tms i got low voltage error. With serial eeprom everythin good. Any solution?

    Always was good with 12 v power. Now i just buy 15v power and now reads egain. Thanks

    I had the same problem while reading an hc11c1 in-circuit. It was a bad selected pindata connection.

    you had them on opposite direction, or you had them in short circuit state?
