i get this error on step 7 of EPC instalation. anyone has a solution? : "Initialization of the EPC database has failed"

Hi, Thanks for the help but Unfortunately I gave the wrong MAC address. I'm using a virtual machine and need keys for MAC address: 08002785C5CD
