    I'm also struggling with a 3.5" HDD install. Doesn't seem to fit...hopefully pics will give me a clue

    should it not be a 2.5 sata drive not 3.5 hdd???

    Yup 3.5, you can also fit a 2.5 using the brackets.

    Trying to fit my HDD now, Can't see how the brackets will work with a 2.5" HDD it will still move about even under the brackets is that correct?

    The standard cradle that comes with the Duo is only suitable for 3.5" HDD's unless they have changed it since i got mine. The one that comes with the Uno however is suitable for both 2.5" and 3.5" drives.

    I'll upload some photos of both on Thursday when i get a day off work to show the differences. ( i have to do a fresh install on both for testing purposes any way ).

    Ahh that makes sense, Ive been looking at this for nearly an hour wondering how the ~~~~ does it fit, Even asked the wife if I was missing something simple haha

    LMAO i did the same thing when i got my Duo as i got it early december around 9 or 10 months after the Uno. it took me a few minutes to twig on that the cradle was for a 3.5" driver only as opposed to the one in the Uno.
