    DS150E ver.3 pcb

Stopped working suddenly. Connect with pc, test ok. When connecting to car, relays click but no response from car.
Tried relay board and obd cable with another DS150E and they work fine, so problem must be on the main pcb.
    Any ideas what to check?

Sorry i was editing but it was a new post

This is a Hard one for you to think about

I have a saab 2009 so it should be can which according to everyone should be able to read without problems but no it reads engine and then brakes nothing more i have tried China versions 6 and 8 both say only the car did not respond to all systems without engine and brakes

Took the car to place with original autocom and the latest original software it read without problems

Have also test the car with a friend's original old model with two cards we use same installation same firware with hack and everything as China 6 and 8 did not work and on the original all systems respond

    Hi, All,

I have this type of PCB

    20200707_221858.jpg

The text is TCS V3. No transistors and resistors on the right side. No connection to my old Merc. My previous Autocom (golden case) connected to it perfectly.

What to do? Must I rework it? Changed the zeners at pos. D701 and D703 but problem isn't solved (the originals seemed to be 15V zeners as well)

    Thanks in advance.

This is last functional V3 version, no need to modify anything
It has 2x L9637 chips reprinted as 9241a but It is working well because pcb is redesigned with different circuit
Maybe your unit is faulty, test in other cars

What year Mercedes? 200x models are can bus but communication with vci is made by iso9141 as with older Mercedes
Maybe chinese were lack of L9637 and they installed LM393 as in V5 and it will not work
    Ask seller for replacement?
Here is where i got mine

    manocao,

thank you very much for your answer.

I don't know if it is a real or fake 9241 or LM393. How can I decide? The printing on the chip is 9241a and it might be laser printed (not just painting but hollow on the surface).
It's a W210 E300TD with 38pin round connector and I could read it by golden case Autocom. Buy the way I still have that (but it's broken) so I can remove real and well-working 9241 chips from that.

I have completely the same Autocom as you have.

I bought it locally, moreover my boss has bought one as well from the same supplyer :-)
Tried his Autocom too, the result is the same on my Mercedes.
I tried on VW Passat, worked well. On Zafira A read the engine correctly but couldn't read the PDC for example. Tried on a 2004 Toyota Yaris, no communication at all.

This new version is prepared for L9637 chips, It is useless to replace with real 9241
    Maybe they installed lm393 instead
You could try installing 2x new L9637 chips
Otherway, I'd suggest refund or replacement, iso9141 protocol is not working
It could also be one of other 2 chips at the left of the pcb in your picture
