it doesn't work for me, did many installations, it seems that FileActivation has also date and time that maybe differ from last install

You are right , try to compare xml files generated and calculted , it content timestamp.
I got a new fileactivation from here.
file activation file can be reused if we only deactivate licence or delete \appdata\autocom folders in documents and setting

I have a problem with bluetooth, already try on 2 pc but can't see it, so couldn't connect . Anyone with a working unit can verify if soldered pin on bluetooth module are correct ? Thanks !

just trying to test my new 03.2011 VCI , it connect to controller and when read or erase DTC i have VCI NOT FOUND.
expected HW problem, i have upgraded my 01.2011 one that was running very good and i have same message.

is it a software problem? have i to reinstall?


UPDATE : solved by full uninstall (deleting all related autocom from windows) and reinstall

same problem, when i read error message appear with VCI not found and autocom disconected in same time. I uninstall it and intall it again but same problem. So i maked downgrade to 2011.1 and work now very good without errors. Let me know why i can't use 2011.3 without errors?

i have probleme with my autocom cant connect with renault laguna 2002, ecpace 2003, megane 2003 to 2006 , in all module ?
tested in vag work ok also bmw e46 ssangyong toyota fiat also peugeot.
anny idea ?

uninstall autocom run ccleaner , install again autocom and dont connect to internet again , or you can also install delphi , i have both on my laptop.

So you can not connect to RENAULT CARS on k-line, older models wICH dont use CAN protocol?

Can you please be more specific:

did you connected bmw e46, ssang yong, toyota, fiat and peugeot with autocom, or not?

what you checked with VAG?
