I just tested, you can actually have both displays:

Allthough, i had to had rd4 temporarly in place to get clock & date correct, but it seems that everything works fine, of course all info messages now come to both screens.

(Everything is just temporarly there, not properly installed, because i just tested if it works.

    Nice DIY

A rneg is an official option in the latest versions of the 407
Those have also display of climate control settings on the colourscreen, not an extra display.

It must be a setting in the BSI bij pp2000 to make it work instead of an extra display

This is interesting, does it not require more to get an rneg working in a 407?

Can you write what wires needs swapping and what options needs enablng with pp2000 ?

    Hi Everybody,

I want to add to my car rneg (peugeot 307) and i have now soft without board computer and options to change language. Somebody know how to change flash? Where is stored flash memory?

Here are pictures of rneg body

Btw it is other way to have one screen with clock, ac etc. It is necessery to have flash from rnego which have board computer normally. If someone tell me where stored flash i will read dump

    Sorry for not replying sooner.

I don't remember the pps settings (and cant check now reason below), but they are under bsi, and stated guite clearly, then you of course need to enter vin-code under "telematics" option in pps.

wiring does not need any modifications if you use display from 3008/308, all fits straight in. If you use 407 original display then check pinout from Index - RT4 Wiki there is all needed info.

michaelz? what do you mean "change languages"? there is language option under the setup? Also all the A/C, clock outside temperatures can be added vith pps without any flasing reguired.

this is how my 407 is nowdays :/

all rneg's have same fw, those option are set with pps, just get hand of one, and you can enable those, no need to flash anything.

btw. i have rneg from my 407 for sale (just head unit no display, as it got damaged in fire) but the headunit should be ok.
