scarymistake (7th April, 2013)
UPA USB V1.1 has stopped working.
not a changed version of the software
with the V1.1 software worked the next time a connection came up with a problem
upa usb connected ,programmer not found 1001.
V1.1 software and driver are reinstalled,
but unsuccessfulThe V1.1 software and the driver with which it worked has passed time but without success
reprogrammed 24h128 with landfills you set up here on the forum but without success.
replaced the USB cable and tried on another computer and again without success
UPA USB repair solution
In the event that the serial number of the interface is not evaluated in the software
and the error is "hop usb connected, programmer not found 1001" fixed
in the following way:
1. Check the safety of the 15V 160mA fuse on the main board. That was in my case was faulty.
After switching the fuse interface it worked.
2.If the disruption of the contents of the eeprom to the USB module occurs due to the change of the version of the software
it can be successfully reprogrammed.
Remove the USB module from the main board. Remove the USB module from the 24LC128 eeprom
and wipe it (FF FF) .Please empty the eeprom back to the USB module.
Connect the USB module itself without the main board to USB cables after which the computer will ask for driver installation.
Install the correct compatible driver.
After installing the driver, run the program according to which the program itself will be
offer entry of contents in eeprom. Allow to enter eeprom and do a reconnection
USB module on the computer after which the usb module will log
in correctly
on a computer that can be seen in the device manager.
In the softer it will still be a mistake for an unprocessed serial number.
uninstall the USB module and return to the main board.
Connect it back to the computer, start the software and in the status will
the serial number of the interface appears properly, indicating that the interface is working properly again.
The serial number of the interface is contained in some IC on the main board itself!
