Default The Bermuda Triangle of Oltenia and other unsolved mysteries....ROMANIA

Paranormal enthusiasts call the "Bermuda Triangle of Oltenia". Odd things have happened here in the past; even deaths of cattle in their herd eyes, the eyes of shepherds and sheep at a wedding feast, when food and drink volatilized on the table making some wedding guest crazy... The Bermuda Triangle like most things has been Scientifically proven to be a natural occurance. Scans of the sea bed has shown the remnants of blow holes where a build up of naturally occuring gases have escaped in vast quantities. These released gases have the effect of breaking up the water surface which means it can't support the weight of passing ships etc. This is why ships sink suddenly with no time to send out a May Day. The ships literaly sink in seconds and obviously no one can swim for survival as the water also can't support their weight. Bermuda Triangle mystery solved? It's a load of gas - www.theage.com.au

You've got a good point there but can anyone prove the existance of a Man Utd fan that's actually from Manchester?

that comment seems to go in your direction more doesn't it ?
as most people look at all the parts before coming to conclusions
this would be the best method "no ? "

many theories are and have been investigated on this subject

"NONE" have been proven conclusively !!

unless you know any different nara ..please tell us if you know "oh learned one"

Default Parallel Universes and Density shifting

Escaping gases? So where are these fissures that provide openings and closures for the escaping gases? When the gases do escape, is it a gradual process of slow leaks or a build up of pressure and quick release turning off and on like a valve? How can that much gas be released in great magnitudes in a non-volcanic area? Proposing methane releases that was frozen in the ocean floor fails as reports of the associated smell and the risk of explosions have not occurred. The disappearance of a ship needs tremendous amounts of gas released, and would displace immense amounts of sand and silt. This will discolor a vast area of the ocean surface, and would dissipate over time. Waves from the disturbance would affect the nearby islands. As for the amount of gas released needed to affect an aircraft averaging 200 mph and at an altitude of 1,000 ft., this would be almost impossible to fulfill. The gases would immediately mix with air due to the wind currents and drafts. The airplane would still work, because the pressure and density of the new mixture surrounding the wing would still be lower above the wing than below, providing enough lift to proceed out of the effected area. scientifically proven ?

are you sure you read that article ?

From laboratory experiments, the Monash University researchers were able to conclude that large gas bubbles, theoretically, had the ability to sink ships. "It is quite possible that the trawler languishing in Witch's Hole was sunk by a bubble with a radius equal to or bigger than the trawler's hull," Professor Monaghan said.
"THEORETICALLY HAD" and "QUITE POSSIBLE" is not proven !

its conjecture based on a set of experiments done with perspex boats !

i think there are more experiments needed before claiming "solved" here
