Your EFS should be 700 - 780K try again with SIM removed!

Post EFS as ZIP or RAR listing numbers is pointless!!

    Thanks @MKAlex !

    I have another problem now.
I installed the latest firmware "Netvigator" ( E5832sUpdate_956.11.17.05.309 ) and in configuration page ( 192.168.1.1 ) can not change the profile, not the option area. Must select the profile for Vodafone RO.

I have no idea as you didn't post your EFS file! This is just a list of numbers without the EFS file!!

The firmware is locked, so you'd need to upgrade to unbranded firmware!

This is not without risk, if you mess it up then you have a dead modem!!

If you would rather play safe, use the modem in USB mode!

How do I connect in USB mode?
Strange is that with a Orange RO sim card works. On this network was originally blocked.

Plug the modem is as if it were a normal Huawei USB modem. The device should install Mobile Partner.

There are two locks, one is the SIM lock that the code has removed. The second is the firmware which is doctored to permit only one set of network settings!

Device does not install Mobile Partner. When you connect to the USB still running Orange RO specific software. I downloaded from internet the Mobile Partner software and I installed. The problem is I can not set the Vodafone RO in Mobile Partner, not keep the settings.

L.E. Can someone post a list of available firmwares for E5832s?
I saw a firmware from UCell (possible from Russia). This firmware is compatible with Romanian network settings.

Yes, the firmware on the site given is generic and will require you to enter the appropriate settings!

Be aware that doing something stupid during flashing can render your modem useless! So, if you get power outages use a laptop for example or if your PC crashes regularly for no reason then use a stable PC for the upgrade!!

Will it work even if the device is network-branded?

    Thanks
